Products & Pricing
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time entry onto the system. We display as accurately as possible the colours, textures, finishes and appearances, of our products that appear on the website. Prices advertised on the Website include VAT but excludes delivery charges. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.
By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on stated Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery. Orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
The product you ordered is out of stock;
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
We have identified a pricing or product description error;
There is a system or procurement failure;
Failed customer validation checks.
When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Topline will take place when your order has been dispatched. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.
In the case of collect in store orders, acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to collect the order.
Delivery of Goods
We offer free delivery on all purchases and gift cards over €50. We charge €5.00 postage for purchases less than €50. All orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday with a delivery address in Ireland should be received by the customer within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday and weekends will be dispatched on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Northern Ireland, Scotland & UK
All orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday with a delivery address in mainland Scotland and UK should be received by the customer within 3-7 working days. We charge €5.00 postage. Orders placed on a Friday and weekends will be dispatched on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees, warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
Europe & Rest of World

Collection in Store
There is a click and collect option for all orders placed on our website. When collecting your order instore, please bring a copy of your order confirmation and appropriate identification.
We will refund or exchange any item which is unsuitable if you return it to us within 14 days of the item being delivered. Please note items must be returned within this timeframe and be in a saleable condition. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached. Please use the original box and original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange jewellery, underwear or hosiery.
On sale items we offer an exchange or online credit only within 7 days of receipt.
Once we have received and inspected the item(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment card. This will appear on your account within five to ten days depending on your card issuer.

All Gift Cards purchased on the website will be dispatched within 24 hours. The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any residual balance on the gift card following purchase of goods will remain on the gift card while the gift card is valid, to apply towards future purchases. Gift cards can be used to purchase goods in store. Gift cards cannot be used as a form of payment to purchase goods on our website. Topline expressly excludes all liability for lost, stolen and damaged gift cards.
